Writing and tutoring services
The Wayne State Writing Center, located on the second floor of the Undergraduate Library, offers free tutoring services to current Wayne State students, faculty and staff.
Hours
Writer’s Studio and in-person tutoring
In-person: Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Online (synchronous): Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Online tutoring
Offered throughout the week during our regular hours. Select tutors will have a meet online option when scheduling.
Asynchronous tutoring
Schedule an appointment with any available asynchronous tutor(s). Feedback will be returned 24 to 48 hours after the appointment date and time. Schedule asynchronous appointment will appear when scheduling.
